GETAT
GETAT (Traditional and Complementary Medicine) is a set of Ministry of Health-approved medical methods used to protect, improve and maintain health.
Overview
GETAT (Traditional and Complementary Medicine) is a set of Ministry of Health-approved medical methods used for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of physical and mental illness, as well as for maintaining health. It covers traditional treatments with a scientific basis, such as cupping therapy (hijama), acupuncture, leech therapy (hirudotherapy), mesotherapy, ozone therapy and phytotherapy. In medical and aesthetic use, it is applied to activate the body's own healing mechanism (homeostasis), relieve chronic pain, improve circulation problems and remove toxins. It also strengthens the immune system, reduces chronic fatigue, supports tissue renewal and provides effective support in improving overall quality of life.
Procedure and Important Notes
How Is It Performed?
After your general health is assessed, the GETAT method chosen by the physician (acupuncture needles, cupping, ozone gas, etc.) is applied under sterile conditions.
Aftercare
Although it depends on the type of treatment, the treated area should not come into contact with water for the first 24 hours and hygiene should be observed. Avoid strenuous exercise and very hot or cold environments, and make sure to drink plenty of water.
